Our Process
You tell us your requirements and we will supply exactly what you need. We offer a fully robust service that covers all CQC requirements; referencing, enhanced DBS checks and specific training courses can all be covered through Smart Staff Hire.

We will arrange a call or ideally a face to face meeting to discuss your requirements.
Make a plan
Listening to your requirements, we will create a bespoke plan for you.
Start care
Agree a start date and one of our trained staff will provide the support you need.
Domiciliary Care
We are experts in providing staff for Dom Care. This includes live in care workers, waking nights and sit-in care workers. All staff are experienced and we can provide drivers and non drivers.
